Autumn is my favorite season, and it’s a huge season for weddings! The makeup color palette for a bride pretty much stays the same throughout the year for makeup artists. We love our muted pinks, our soft browns, and some deep purple for dimension. They are tried and true, and always look amazing under your typical incandescent lighting at an indoor wedding venue. But what happens when your bride tells you she’s having a completely outdoor wedding on a farm in the middle of October?

Farm weddings are huge right now, and my mind immediately goes to browns, coppers, golds, etc when I hear it. I find these colors look best under natural light, and they tie into the gorgeous fall colors and decor of the wedding. 

Our Natural Incandescent #1 eyeshadow palette is my go-to for autumn weddings. It has beautiful warm toned browns and cream colors, perfect for natural lighting. I love pairing this eyeshadow palette with our Taupe eyeliner pencil for a beautiful, soft brown smokey eye. 

As we know, autumn is all about spiced colors, and anything warm. My favorite blushes at the moment are our Dawn Til Dusk blushes in shades “Graceful” and “Breathless”. These are gorgeous brown-pink blushes and look perfect on camera. 

The lips always tie the makeup look together at the end. Two lip combos I have not been able to get away from this month are our Cosmic Creme Lipsticks in shades “Brown Sugar” and “Rhassoul”, paired with our EcLips Ultimate lip liner in shade “Primal”. They’re the perfect reddish brown lip for fall.
