Winter Makeup Skin Prep With Topical Skin and Dawn Til Dusk

Winter will be here before we know it, and if you’re anything like me, then you know the cold winter months can definitely take a huge toll on our skin! I typically have a “normal” skin type, but I get extremely dry in the winter time. However, I’ve found with the right skincare regimen, you can still wear a full face of makeup that will look seamless, and not patchy, despite the harsh effects of the weather!
Topical Skin was introduced to be through The Makeup Studio, and it’s quickly become an everyday use, especially on clients. Two products in particular that I’ve been absolutely loving are the Phyto AOX Facial Oil N°10 with Exposome Defense Technology, and the Radiance Renewal Eye Cream + NMF Complex.
The facial oil is one of my personal favorites, and is packed with essential oils to hydrate the skin. I love mixing this with my Dawn Til Dusk Aloe Foundation, or putting it straight on my face. The Eye Cream evens skin tone, while also minimizing the appearance of dark circles, and it sits beautifully underneath our Cloud Coverage Concealer.
Whether you mix them into your foundation or concealer, or apply it directly to the face, these products hydrate your skin and blend beautifully with our liquid and cream makeup products.
