Our Return and Refund Policy​

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for a store credit or exchange it within 14 days of purchase.
Returns of unused or gently used makeup, cosmetics, and skincare products are accepted at The Makeup Studio and MakeupClasses.com for store credit or exchange.

All clothing and accessories must be unworn, with all tags still attached, with no damage, no alterations, no washing, and in their original packaging.
​
Store credit or exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned merchandise. Store credit for a returned product (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be issued to you within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product.
Free gifts, promotional items, significantly-used products, incomplete sets, shipping fees, or products purchased through other retailers cannot be returned. Items marked as "Final Sale" can not be returned or exchanged.

If you purchased an item online and it was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item, please Contact Us within 5 days of receiving your item.

Our Shipping Policy

Orders can be picked up during regular store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping:
We ship to all 50 states in the United States as well as Canada.
Orders are processed the following day after they are received. Within 1-3 business days, all orders will be packaged, processed, and shipped.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Your order's shipment time is determined by the shipping option you choose at checkout. If you would like us to rush your order, please contact us before placing your order, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to have your order re-delivered to the right address. Our company is not responsible if your order doesn't arrive because the address you gave us when you checked out was not complete or correct.

The Makeup Studio follows all guidelines and health regulations. COVID-19 disclaimer- there may be shipping delays. Any delays with your order will be communicated to you.
Special Events, Workshops, and Classes Cancellation Policy

The Makeup Studio reserves the right to cancel any special event, workshop, or class for any reason beyond our control. You may request a refund or attend another class of equivalent value.
​
If you need to cancel a special event, please do so within three business days before the event. If you need to cancel after three business days before the event, you may attend another event of equivalent value.

20 and 40 Hour Advanced Makeup Techniques Classes Cancellation Policy
​
The Makeup Studio reserves the right to cancel our Advanced Makeup Techniques Classes for any reason beyond our control. You may request a refund or attend the class of equivalent value at another date.
​
If you need to cancel an Advanced Makeup Techniques Class, please do so three weeks before the start of class. You are eligible for a full refund or can attend the class of equivalent value at another date if you cancel three weeks before the start of class. You are eligible for a half refund of the full payment if you cancel within three weeks before classes start.
