Simple Holiday Work Party Makeup With Dawn Til Dusk Cosmetics

The holidays are coming up, and that means holiday work parties will be in full swing! Work parties are those kinds of events where you don’t want to be too dressed up, but also don’t want to be too dressed down. In this video, I show how to put together a simple makeup look, while still looking elegant and put together.

For holiday makeup looks, I always like to say “It’s all in the lips”. A deep red lip is perfect for the holidays, and ties the whole look together. One of my favorite holiday lip combos from Dawn Til Dusk is our EcLips Ultimate Eyeliner in shade “Hot Tamale” and our DTD Lip Gloss in Shade “Ruby Red”. Hot Tamale is a perfect, deep red color, and layers seamlessly. Ruby Red is a classic red gloss, and pairs beautifully with our lip liners.
Our Natural Incandescent #2 palette is perfect for a work party because it compliments well under low light. This is one of my favorite DTD products because of how versatile it is. The shadows build well, and last all night! Because my lips were the main focus, I decided to use our lighter shades in the palette just to give my eyes extra dimension.
I used our Dawn Til Dusk Aloe Foundation in shade B1, and used Topical Skin’s facial oil and Eye Cream as my base. These products sit beautifully underneath our foundation and concealers. I love glowy skin for the winter, and these products give your skin a beautiful glow!
